Last month, we started the year by asking you to share what technology you think will transform the world in 2018. As we had hoped, the responses were insightful and thought provoking. Here’s a rundown of your ideas:

My Take
Personally, I think 2018 might be the year that augmented reality glasses go mainstream, and it will be possible to incorporate wearing them in day-to-day life.
Also, I can’t help but recall that a few decades ago the idea of the internet — in terms of how we use it today — was, for most people, unimaginable. Who knows what will be possible in the future? You know, as stressful and scary as things are in the world right now, thinking of the many visionaries out there who are working every day behind the scenes to drive progress and advance our society and species is very inspirational, and it fills me with optimism. I’d love to hear your comments on this — please share them below.
